I purchased a unit with the model number mentioned above in January 2023. The unit is so horrible that in the 1st three months of me owning it I have had three serviced calls throw the company. Meaning is so unreliable stove. I purchased it for $5300.00 which is supposed to be a heavy duty item because it’s in a busy restaurant. For the past month I have been running after the company to either replace the item or send me my money back but all they do is keep ignoring you so you can forget all about it. I won’t forget because it’s an expensive item and I wasted my money and time into this disaster item. I am very disappointed with customer service because they make you hassle over an issue they are responsible for. The sent a service company three time and still the issue is there no pressure in the burners. I am advising anyone that think of owning Garland peace of equipment please think twice before you get your self in a hole. Because the company will be more then happy to sell it to you but when there is a problem, you won’t hear back from them because they don’t want to be responsible for their items which made me think that Garland makes their equipment very cheaply and unreliable. I am one customer and I wonder how many people are being treated like this
